I'm Suzanne
I teach clients to create the life they want, actors to tell the truth, pilates clients to engage their core, and all of them to listen to their bodies. I seek joy, find it, lose it, then find it again. I am an extroverted introvert (or is it the other way around?). I am always, and forever will be, in search of the most comfortable lounge wear I can find, and am on a mission to remove scratchy labels from anything and everything.
I try to remember that life is a gift horse.
