You don’t need to fix yourself

OH HEY

I’m suzanne

I've been working with people in coaching, in movement, and in performance for over 25 years. What I've learned is that most of the women I work with don't need more self-improvement. They need to stop treating themselves like a project.

My job is to help you hear yourself more clearly. Not the voice that keeps the list and meets the deadline. The one underneath that. The one you've learned to work around.

i don't push, perform, or prescribe. i create the kind of space where you can hear yourself again.

I'm trained in Co-Active Coaching (CTI), Inner Voice Facilitation (IVFT), and MBTI Assessment. A lot of acronyms for 'I've been doing this a long time and I take it seriously.'" I've been a certified Pilates instructor and teacher trainer since 2004, and I spent years coaching actors, which taught me more about what blocks us from our own expression than almost anything else. I work with the mind, the body, and whatever's happening between the two, because change that lives only in your head doesn't last.

Curious about how we'd work together?
Here's what that looks like

I believe in self-acceptance as the actual path forward.

Not as a reward you get after you've fixed yourself, but as the starting point. I believe in rest. In play. In the idea that your body is telling you something true, right now, if you're willing to listen.

if this resonates, the best next step is a conversation.

Connection calls are simple, low-pressure conversations.

You can ask questions, share what’s bringing you here, and get a feel for how I work.

There’s no expectation. Just an honest chance to see if it feels right. I trust you to know.
