the compass session
For when you can't keep wandering in circles but aren't ready for six months. One 90-minute session to help you figure out where you are, what matters now, and what the next step actually is. Includes voice message support and a follow-up call, so you don't just leave with a plan and a wave goodbye.
the reclamation
Six months, not six weeks. Bi-weekly sessions, Voxer support between them, and simple body practices throughout. Long enough to actually change how you live, not just how you think about it.
