Reclaim Yourself

Come back to the woman you are.

You look around your life and think:

Where did I go?

How did I end up here? (or What do I even care about now?)

What the actual fuck?

You’ve done everything “right,” but somewhere along the way, you disappeared into responsibilities, expectations, and doing what was expected. You’ve been the capable one, the glue, the steady one—until suddenly you’re looking at your own life from the outside, wondering when it stopped feeling like yours.

You’re functioning.

But you’re not living.

You don’t want to blow up your life.

You just want to feel like you again—alive, grounded, clear, present, and connected to what actually matters.

I get it, I see you! Pulled taut between longing for something more and freaking out about how to start - or what the hell might happen if you do.

Coaching with me is all about

the art of coming home.

Here's how it works:

Hello! I'm Suzanne, an experienced, trained coach, and my work is about helping you find your way home to you, now.

If you're anything like me, and the clients I adore working with, you've probably spent years being responsible, capable, keeping everyone else steady - it's likely you are the 'glue'.

But it's also likely that somewhere between the expectations and to do lists, your life stopped feeling like it belonged to you.

Perhaps you can’t even hear what you want anymore. (When someone asks what you need, your first instinct is to check what everyone else wants.) Something in you is longing for a deeper trust with yourself, and for life to feel a little more like you again.

If you feel brittle or fractured — good. That’s where we begin.

Like the art of Kintsugi, we gather the pieces, mix lacquer with gold, and start to mend. The lacquer and gold we use? Your self-trust, your confidence, your joy. No spiritual glitter glue — just the real stuff that lasts.

We rebuild from the inside out:

  • Clarity

  • Courage

  • Energy

  • A sense of ease

  • A life that fits again

Our sessions become a soft place in your week, a standing date with yourself. No small talk, no pretending you’re fine. Just a space to come back to your own body, your own rhythm, your own knowing.

We’ll get curious about what you actually value, where your life doesn’t line up with that, and how to close the gap. Together, we’ll rediscover what lights you up — the playful, wise, fully-alive version of you who’s been waiting patiently under all that “holding it together.”

Between sessions, you’ll experiment: small actions, simple practices, noticing what shifts. You’ll gather the most important kind of data: how it feels. Because transformation doesn’t happen in theory; it happens when you try something new on a Tuesday afternoon and think, huh, that felt better.

And when you wobble (because everyone does) I’ll hold the vision for you. My sight isn’t clouded by your self-doubt. Together, we’ll keep turning toward the gold.

.

Imagine This

Instead of feeling like you’re barely holding it together…

You feel:

Steady and grounded — not braced for impact

Rested and supported — not stretched to breaking

Clear on what you want — and actually moving toward it

Present in your life — not just checking boxes

Able to say no without guilt

Reconnected to joy, creativity, and desire

At home in your own skin

Like you again — not who you’re “supposed to be”

You stop abandoning yourself.

You start trusting yourself.

Your life begins to feel like it fits.

Barn's burnt down,

Now I can see the moon.

(or: why I do this)

After years of struggle - heartbreaking failed IVF treatments, a marriage that was deeply disappointing - I found myself divorced, lost and living in my parents' guest suite. This was not in the plan. I had spent a lifetime trying to be good with a capital G, and this is where it got me? I realized how far I had drifted from myself. I didn’t even know what I wanted anymore.

I was spinning, trying to keep my life looking fine from the outside, even as the inside of me was hollowing out. I was unhappy, depleted, and betraying myself constantly. My centre felt brittle.

I had been accepting crumbs for myself while trying to serve feasts to everyone else.

I’d minimized my needs for so long that I’d shrunk into a tiny Woman Who Never Needed Anything

I was so terrified of things falling apart that I couldn’t admit that, actually, things were never together! I was desperate, avoiding a truth I was sure would destroy me. But denial is exhausting, and when everything finally blew apart, I looked around at the rubble of my life and, amidst the pain, felt something unexpected: relief.

At least now I was in reality. At least now I could rebuild.

As difficult as it was, it was also deeply satisfying to take responsibility for my part, for my happiness, my growth. To finally pay attention to what I actually felt, wanted, and desired. To stop betraying myself. What surprised me most was the peace that came with telling the truth and the strength that came from no longer pretending.

From that rubble, like Kintsugi I have rebuilt something more beautiful, more whole, more true.

My life feels good from the inside now. I’m not chasing the picture of a life anymore; I’m living the real thing. This is my one wild and precious life, and it feels so good to know that — and to live it the way I actually want to be living it.

I bring 25 years of experience in Pilates, dance, and breathwork, and decades of creative coaching. Working with actors taught me that real change doesn’t happen in your head — it begins in your body. That’s where we’ll begin too.

How We’ll Work

In our sessions, we reconnect your mind and body so you can feel calm, capable, and clear again. Together we will:

  • Build nervous-system safety so you feel grounded and resourced

  • Reconnect you with your wants, pleasure, and preferences

  • Loosen old patterns (“be good,” “be useful,” “hold it all together”)

  • Play and experiment to wake up creativity and aliveness

  • Strengthen self-trust through small brave choices

  • Set healthy boundaries (without burning your life down)

  • Bring nature, gentleness, and curiosity back into your days

You’ll receive

  • Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 sessions

  • Support and simple practices between sessions

  • Space to exhale, feel, and come home to yourself

  • Encouragement, reflection, compassion — and gentle challenge

  • A playful co-conspirator who refuses to buy into your self-doubt

There’s no formula.

No “5-step system.”

Just work that meets you where you are — and brings you back to yourself.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been the strong one, the reliable one, the fixer

  • You’re tired of doing the “right things” and still feeling flat

  • You don’t want to abandon your life — you want to inhabit it again

  • You’re smart, deep, self-aware — and ready for support

  • You want less doing, more being

  • You know there’s more for you — you just need a place to begin

This is not for you if you want shortcuts, hacks, or someone to tell you what to do.

This is for women who are ready to trust themselves again.

Your Invitation

Listen, we both know you could just keep trucking along as you are, feeling okay, but never really claiming the life you want. And that makes sense because none of us know what going after the life you want looks and feels like. What will you have to do? What will you have to stop doing? Who will you need to be?

Right now, you making any change might feel like rocking the boat: stressful, uncomfortable, inconvenient for other people.

And honestly, some of it probably will be. But aren't you uncomfortable right now?

I want you to have a safe, judgement free, just-for-you space to explore your options.

This is your invitation...If you’re ready to reclaim your energy, your voice, and your sense of self — let’s talk!

FAQs

I’ve never invested in myself like this before. How do I know it’ll work?

Totally fair question. Spending money or time on yourself can feel weird, especially if you’re used to spending both on everyone else. But look at your track record: when you commit to something - especially for someone else - you show up. You make things happen. This time, the investment is you.

I’m not sure I trust myself to make changes.

You don’t need unshakable self-trust to begin. That’s what we'll build.

This isn’t a bootcamp or a list of rules! It’s a conversation — one that helps you figure out what actually feels right for you. We’ll use simple practices to help you feel safe enough to change, one small step at a time.

I feel like a bit of a hopeless case. Can this really work for me?

What clients often describe as hopeless, is what I see as very HUMAN.

You’re someone who’s tired — tired of trying, tired of performing, tired of holding it all together. The people who think they’re hopeless are usually the ones who’ve been trying the hardest!

This work doesn’t demand you show up “fixed.” It meets you exactly where you are and helps you remember what’s already strong and wise inside you. The part of you that doubts is valuable, she’s invited, too! She just doesn’t get to run the show.

Do I need to have big goals before starting?

Nope. You don’t need a five-year plan or a colour-coded vision board. You don’t need to have a clue what it is you actually want yet. You just need a quiet yes that it’s time to stop abandoning yourself. We’ll figure out the rest together.

What if I get emotional or don’t know what to say?

Then you’re in exactly the right place. There’s no “right” way to show up here. You can cry, laugh, sit in silence, or word-vomit your way through a session. I’ve seen it all. Everything that shows up is welcome. It’s all part of the process.

What if I fall off or lose momentum?

Then you’ll be in excellent company — literally everyone does. Growth isn’t a straight line. It’s a twisty turny, double-backing, zig zagging, up and down path through the wilderness.

You’re not here to perform consistency; you’re here to build self-trust. When you fall off, we’ll get curious instead of judgmental. There’s usually some gold buried wherever it is we stall out. We’ll look at what happened, tweak what’s needed, throw out what isn’t working, and keep going. No shame, no pep talks, just honesty and beginning again.

How will I know if this is right for me?

If you feel a mix of curiosity and mild terror reading this, that’s usually a good sign. You don’t have to be certain, just open. We’ll chat in a free call first, and you’ll know pretty quickly if it feels like a fit. No pressure, no convincing. I’m all about developing self-trust, and that starts from our first call. I’m not going to tell you what to do, you’re going to feel into it yourself.

What happens after our sessions end?

You don’t graduate with a gold star — you leave with something better: self-trust. By the end, you’ll have tools and awareness that keep working long after we finish. Some clients check in down the line for a tune-up when life shifts again. You’ll know when (or if) you need it.

Next Step

If something in you whispered “yes”, trust that.
